The second registration batch for the 3rd Sergipe Public Servants Race is scheduled to open on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 2 p.m. (Sergipe local time). Registration will be available through the Servidor.SE app or the Public Servant Portal. The race is scheduled for November 8 on the Atalaia waterfront in Aracaju, with distances of 3.2 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km.

Who can participate and how to register

According to the Sergipe state government announcement of October 16, the 5,000 places announced for this edition are intended for permanent and appointed state public employees and participants from invited institutions. This does not mean registration is open to the general public without restrictions. The announcement does not specify how many places are allocated to the second batch.

The two channels announced for state employees are the Servidor.SE app and the Public Servant Portal at https://portaldoservidor.sead.se.gov.br/. The first batch opened on October 19 at 2 p.m., and the second is scheduled for October 21 at the same time. Registration confirmation and organizer instructions will be sent by email.

Employees of invited institutions should take note: the Sergipe Court of Justice (TJSE), for example, published its own registration procedure for judges and staff on October 20. Participants affiliated with invited institutions should therefore follow their institution’s specific instructions rather than assuming that the general state procedure applies to everyone.

Race date, location and distances

The competition takes place on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at the Events Square on the Atalaia waterfront in Aracaju. The announced distances are 3.2 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km. The state government announcement says the event starts from 5 a.m., while the Detran-SE notice says race starts begin at 5:30 a.m. Participants should check the exact start time for their distance in the rules and post-registration instructions.

When and where to collect race kits

Kit collection is scheduled for November 5, 6 and 7 in the lobby of the State Administration Secretariat (Sead), Rua Duque de Caxias, no. 346, São José neighborhood, Aracaju. The confirmation email should provide additional collection and participation instructions.

The race is part of Public Servant Month and is organized by Sead. This guide reflects announcements available as of October 20, 2026; participants should verify their place, rules and any changes through official organizing channels.
