Espaço do Estudante Sergipe is a free app from Sergipe's State Department of Education (Seed) for students enrolled in the state's public school system. Launched on August 14, 2026, it allows students to check grades, averages, absences by subject, class timetables and a digital student ID on their phones. The service is for state-school students throughout Sergipe, not just in Aracaju. Seed described the features again in an announcement published on October 20, 2026.
How to download Espaço do Estudante Sergipe
- Android: open the Google Play Store, search for Espaço do Estudante Sergipe and check that the listed developer is Sergipe's State Department of Education (Seed) before installing it.
- iPhone or iPad: open the Espaço do Estudante Sergipe listing on the App Store and verify Seed's name. As checked on October 22, 2026, the store specified iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.
- After installation: open the app and follow the authentication instructions shown by the installed version. The sources reviewed do not document a complete, verified account sign-in sequence, so it would be inaccurate to state which enrollment number, password or other detail must be entered.
Seed says the app is free to download. Avoid APK files from unknown websites or similarly named apps. Availability and technical requirements may change with updates.
What information can students see?
- Grades and report cards: performance in individual subjects, averages and the assessment criteria used by teachers. Seed also describes an in-app grade-average calculator.
- Absences and attendance: records by subject. The App Store's update history says that information about absences, excused absences and total absences has been added.
- Timetables: the class schedule, including the day's lessons.
- Digital student ID: a school identification card accessible through the app. Having a digital ID does not, by itself, establish acceptance for every benefit or discounted admission scheme; the requirements for each use must be checked separately.
- Study resources: access to Google for Education tools and a link to the Passei! platform, which Seed describes as additional resources.
How to view grades, absences and the student ID
Once account access has been obtained, look in the installed app for the academic information corresponding to grades or report cards, attendance or absences, timetables and the student ID. Seed and the official App Store description confirm these features, but the menu order, exact button names and authentication process were not tested during this review. It would be misleading to present the illustrative cover image as genuine screenshots of the service.
If grades are missing, an absence count seems incorrect or the student ID is incomplete, check the corresponding school record with the school's administrative office. The official privacy policy states that students or their legal representatives can request corrections to inaccurate or outdated data at their school or through Seed's institutional channels. Do not post passwords, documents or enrollment information in public comments.
Can a parent or guardian also use it?
Seed presents the app as a tool for students in the state's public school network. Parents and guardians may help students install it and review information with them, but the reviewed sources do not confirm a separate account type for parents or guardians. No one should assume that a student's password or account may be used by someone else without following the service rules.
Espaço do Estudante and Passei! are different platforms
Espaço do Estudante brings together school records and information. Passei!, on the other hand, is an additional platform for preparing for Brazil's National High School Exam (Enem) and university entrance exams. According to an October 2026 announcement from Seed, final-year state high school students had already been registered on Passei!, and that service's login details were sent to school email accounts ending in @aluno.seed.se.gov.br. This does not establish that those are the same login details used by Espaço do Estudante.
What still needs checking
Seed discussed a virtual notice board as a future update, not a feature already confirmed to be available. The interface, installation requirements and features may change during the school year. This guide was checked on October 22, 2026 using official announcements and the App Store listing, without logging into a student account. The cover is an editorial illustration, not an authentic screenshot of the app.
