The Senac Sergipe used-goods auction is scheduled for November 5, 2026, starting at 9 a.m., exclusively online, with seven lots stored in Aracaju. Participants need an approved account on the RJ Leilões platform, must assess the items' condition and should budget for charges on top of their bids. The notice provides for a 5% auctioneer's commission plus a 5% administrative fee, as well as collection expenses.

A review carried out on October 22, 2026 found a significant difference between Senac's announcement and the auction notice regarding inspection dates. Anyone planning a visit should check the notice and confirm an appointment with the designated contact before traveling.

Date, website and inspection location

  • Auction: Thursday, November 5, 2026, with the first lot due to start closing at 9 a.m. (Sergipe local time, UTC-3). Bids are placed on RJ Leilões.
  • Seller: Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial, Sergipe Regional Department (Senac/SE).
  • Auctioneer: Carlos Vinícius de Carvalho Mascarenhas, registered with JUCESE under No. 11/2007.
  • Goods location: warehouse at Rua do Acre, 175-A, Siqueira Campos neighborhood, Aracaju. This is the stated inspection address, not the venue for an in-person auction.

The platform says online lots close at 30-second intervals and that another 30 seconds may be added if a bid arrives within the specified final window. Therefore, 9 a.m. is the initial reference time, not a guarantee that all seven lots will close simultaneously.

What is included in the seven lots

Annex I of the notice identifies the groups below. They consist of used goods, including scrap items, and their descriptions do not guarantee that individual equipment works.

LotItems listed in the notice
01Scrap sewing machines
02Scrap refrigeration equipment: air conditioners, refrigerators, drinking fountains and other items
03Scrap chairs
04Cabinets, stretchers and other items
05Wooden furniture: tables, cabinets, sofas and other items
06Scrap computer equipment: CPUs, monitors, printers, laptops, TVs and other items
07Scrap kitchen equipment: stoves, griddles, stainless-steel countertops and other items

Annex I assigns an appraised value of R$ 1,000 to each lot, or R$ 7,000 across all seven groups. These are reference valuations for opening bids, not final sale prices. Bids and lot conditions may change before closing, and the Senac reserves the right to remove items or decline to release them under the notice.

How to register and place a bid

  • Open the auction page on RJ Leilões, select user registration and read the participation and user-agreement terms.
  • Submit the required documents and wait for account approval. The notice requires online registration at least 24 hours in advance; registering at the last minute does not guarantee approval.
  • An individual must be at least 18 and provide identity documentation showing their RG and CPF identification numbers, a recent proof of address of the types accepted by the notice, and a selfie holding an RG card or driver's license (CNH).
  • A business must provide the company documents listed in item 2.2.2, along with the documentation required there for its representative. The notice also excludes certain individuals and companies from taking part.

Senac's institutional announcement mentions the possibility of registering in person on the day of the event, yet describes the auction as exclusively online. The notice regulates virtual participation and does not establish an in-person bidding session. Do not assume you can place a bid on-site without direct confirmation from the organizer or auctioneer.

Inspection dates: conflicting information

In its October 20, 2026 announcement, Senac says the goods may be visited five days before the auction, by appointment. However, section 4 of Notice No. 01/2026, also available through the auctioneer's platform, specifies inspections on November 3 and 4, 2026, during business hours and by prior appointment. These two descriptions are not equivalent.

The notice lists José Marcos de Lima Ribeiro as the booking contact at +55 (79) 3212-1534 or +55 (79) 99156-4942. Given the discrepancy between the schedules, confirm the visiting date and time directly before going to the warehouse. The notice states that pictures on the website are illustrative.

Purchase costs and payment deadline

Section 6.1 sets an auctioneer's commission of 5% and an additional administrative fee of 5%, both calculated on the winning bid. For example, a R$ 1,000 winning bid means R$ 1,000 for the lot, R$ 50 in commission and R$ 50 in administrative fees: R$ 1,100 before collection expenses. This is an illustrative calculation, not a live lot price.

Under section 5.1, payment must be made within 24 hours of the winning bid, by cash bank deposit or immediate TED bank transfer or Pix, using payment details provided by the auctioneer after closing. Before transferring funds, verify the payment instructions through the auction's official channels. The notice provides for penalties if the obligation is not met.

Collection, transport and risks of used goods

Release of the goods is scheduled for November 18 and 19, 2026, once full payment has been confirmed and the auctioneer has issued release authorization. The notice requires collection within 10 business days after authorization, with the penalties stated in the notice potentially applying otherwise. Fuel, labor, applicable taxes and fees, towing and all other removal expenses are borne by the buyer.

The goods are sold as is, with no exchange or warranty. This is especially relevant for lots described as scrap computer equipment, refrigeration equipment or machines: the notice does not guarantee that the goods can be used without repairs. It also prohibits negotiating or transferring a lot before payment and release documentation have been completed.

What to check before bidding

  • Read Notice No. 01/2026 and verify the exact lot number; do not confuse this sale with other auctions held in Aracaju.
  • Arrange an inspection and assess quantities, condition, disassembly requirements and transport arrangements.
  • Add the specified 10% commission and administrative fee to your bid ceiling, together with shipping, labor and other applicable charges.
  • Watch the registration, payment and collection deadlines, as well as any changes published by the auctioneer.

These conditions were checked against the sources consulted on October 22, 2026. As the auction has not yet taken place, operational details, lots and bids may be updated. Where a summary conflicts with the notice, check the latest version of the document and seek formal clarification before making a financial commitment.
